This study was motivated by the tendency of contemporary educational management to emphasize organizational effectiveness and administrative achievement while giving less attention to adab as the primary goal of Islamic education. In addition, studies specifically discussing the construction of ta'dib-based educational leadership and management from the perspective of Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas remain limited. This study aimed to analyze the concept of ta'dib, ta'dib-based leadership, ta'dib-based educational management, and their relevance to the development of contemporary Islamic Educational Management. This research employed a qualitative approach using library research. Primary data were derived from the works of Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas, while secondary data were obtained from books, scientific articles, and relevant literature. Data were collected through documentation studies and analyzed using content analysis. The findings indicate that ta'dib is a process of instilling adab aimed at forming civilized human beings (insan adabi) through the integration of knowledge, wisdom, justice, and righteous action. Ta'dib-based leadership positions leaders as knowledgeable, trustworthy, just, wise, and morally responsible individuals. Furthermore, ta'dib-based educational management integrates the values of tawhid, knowledge, adab, trustworthiness, justice, and wisdom into the managerial functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The study concludes that the concept provides a relevant paradigm for the development of Islamic Educational Management that emphasizes not only organizational effectiveness but also the formation of civilized human beings.
