This study synthesizes the role of organizational culture as job resources in enhancing employees work engagement in the post pandemic era through the Job Demands Resources (JD R) Theory framework. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following PRISMA 2020 guidelines was applied to 29 articles from SpringerLink and Google Scholar (2020 2025). The synthesis identifies three dimensions of organizational culture as job resources: Structural (flexibility and autonomy), Relational (trust and communication), and Symbolic (personal organizational value resonance), which collectively strengthen employees vigor, dedication, and absorption while mitigating social isolation risks in hybrid work systems. The relationship between job resources and engagement is cyclical whereby engaged employees actively produce new resources for their work environment. These findings offer a new conceptual map of organizational culture integration within the JD R framework as a strategy for sustaining engagement in fragmented work environments.
